It examines the specific features of the production and editorial structuring of information bulletins, the genre and thematic diversity of their content, and the perception of the telethon’s news content by audiences and the professional journalistic community. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for a comprehensive understanding of the transformation of Ukraine’s news broadcasting in the context of military conflicts and socio-political crises. Короткий огляд (реферат): Дисертаційну роботу присвячено комплексному дослідженню соціальної проблематики територіальних громад Івано-Франківщини в онлайн-медіа у період невизначеності (COVID-19 та повномасштабного вторгнення РФ в Україну). У центрі уваги перебувають особливості функціонування медіапростору територіальних громад як важливого інструменту комунікації між органами місцевого самоврядування та мешканцями, механізми висвітлення актуальних соціальних проблем, а також роль онлайн-медіа у формуванні громадської думки, забезпеченні прозорості управлінських процесів і залученні населення до суспільного життя громади. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена низкою суспільно-комунікаційних чинників: реформою місцевого самоврядування та посиленням ролі територіальних громад як ключових суб’єктів управління локальним розвитком; зростанням значення онлайн-медіа та цифрових інформаційних платформ для забезпечення комунікації між органами місцевої влади і громадянами; актуалізацією соціальної проблематики в умовах суспільних трансформацій, невизначеності та воєнних викликів; недостатнім науковим осмисленням особливостей репрезентації соціальних проблем у локальному медіапросторі та їх сприйняття аудиторією територіальних громад. Джерельною базою дослідження слугують матеріали онлайн-медіа «Телерадіокомпанія «РАІ»», «Інформатор Івано-Франківськ», «Інформатор Коломия», «Інформатор Калуш». Упродовж 2019-2023 років виявлено 6556 журналістських матеріалів, що стосуються соціальної проблематики територіальних громад, із яких для контент-аналізу відібрано 1924 публікації. Емпіричну базу становлять результати анкетування 259 представників територіальних громад Івано-Франківської області, проведеного у 2025 році. Отримані результати дослідження дозволили окреслити ключові інформаційні потреби аудиторії, виявити рівень її зацікавленості соціальною проблематикою, а також визначити специфіку сприйняття різних форматів і жанрів медіаконтенту мешканцями територіальних громад. Проведений аналіз засвідчив вагому роль місцевих медіа у забезпеченні суспільної комунікації, актуалізації проблем місцевого значення та налагодженні інформаційної взаємодії між населенням і органами влади. Водночас результати дослідження виявили потребу вдосконалення підходів до висвітлення соціально значущих тем, зокрема шляхом посилення аналітичності, об’єктивності та практичної цінності журналістських матеріалів. Наукова новизна дисертаційної праці полягає в тому, що в ній уперше здійснено класифікацію відображеної в онлайн-медіа соціальної проблематики територіальних громад Івано-Франківщини в умовах невизначеності; систематизовано інформаційні платформи територіальних громад регіону; обґрунтовано багатовимірний характер соціальної проблематики в контексті ключових напрямків функціонування територіальних громад локальних особливостей та глобальних суспільних тенденцій; проаналізовано тематичну структуру, жанрові характеристики та форматні особливості її висвітлення в онлайн-медіа; запропоновано типологію аудиторії онлайн-медіа територіальних громад; здійснено комплексне дослідження сприйняття та оцінювання соціальної проблематики мешканцями громад.; This dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the social issues facing local communities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region as portrayed in online media during a period of uncertainty (the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full- scale invasion of Ukraine). The focus is on the specific features of how the media space of territorial communities functions as a vital tool for communication between local self-government bodies and residents, the mechanisms for covering pressing social issues, as well as the role of online media in shaping public opinion, ensuring transparency in governance processes, and engaging the population in the community’s public life. The relevance of this study stems from a number of socio-communicative factors: the reform of local self-government and the strengthening of the role of territorial communities as key actors in managing local development; the growing importance of online media and digital information platforms for facilitating communication between local authorities and citizens; the increasing prominence of social issues amid societal transformations, uncertainty, and military challenges; and the lack of scholarly analysis of how social problems are represented in the local media landscape and perceived by the audience in territorial communities. The study’s source base consists of materials from the online media outlets “RAI Television and Radio Company,” “Informator Ivano-Frankivsk,” “Informator Kolomyia,” and “Informator Kalush.” Between 2019 and 2023, 6,556 news articles addressing social issues in local communities were identified, of which 1,924 were selected for content analysis. The empirical basis consists of the results of a survey of 259 representatives of local communities in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, conducted in 2025. The study’s findings made it possible to identify the audience’s key information needs, assess their level of interest in social issues, and determine how residents of local communities perceive different formats and genres of media content. The analysis confirmed the significant role of local media in facilitating public communication, highlighting issues of local importance, and establishing information exchange between the public and government authorities. At the same time, the study’s findings revealed a need to improve approaches to covering socially significant topics, particularly by enhancing the analytical depth, objectivity, and practical value of journalistic materials. The scientific novelty of this dissertation lies in the fact that it is the first to classify the social issues of local communities in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast as reflected in online media under conditions of uncertainty; it systematizes the information platforms of the region’s local communities; it substantiates the multidimensional nature of social issues in the context of key areas of local communities’ functioning, local characteristics, and global social trends; it analyzes the thematic structure, genre characteristics, and format features of how these issues are covered in online media; a typology of the online media audience of territorial communities has been proposed; a comprehensive study of residents’ perception and assessment of social issues has been conducted. The theoretical value of the dissertation is evidenced by refined scientific approaches to the classification of social issues in conditions of uncertainty, a methodology developed for the comprehensive study of social content in online media in local communities, as well as the developed theoretical provisions regarding the functioning of local media as a tool for shaping public opinion, social consolidation, and the social development of local communities. The research findings expand the theoretical foundations of journalism studies, social communications, and regional media studies and can be utilized in future academic studies focused on local media and communication processes within communities. У роботі журнальні видання краю розглянуто у взаємозв’язку їхніх історичних, типологійних, формально-змістових, композиційно-візуальних та редакторських характеристик. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що журнальна періодика Тернопільщини періоду Незалежності України досі не була предметом цілісного наукового аналізу, хоча саме вона відображає локальні суспільно-політичні, культурні, наукові, професійні, релігійні, літературномистецькі та рекламно-інформаційні процеси регіону. Мета дисертації полягає в комплексному дослідженні журнальної періодики Тернопільщини як системного явища у взаємозв’язку історичних, типологійних і формально-змістових характеристик. Для досягнення мети проаналізовано теоретичні засади вивчення української журнальної періодики, окреслено методологічні підходи до типологізації регіональних журнальних видань, визначено суспільно-історичні чинники їх функціювання, здійснено періодизацію розвитку журналів Тернопільщини, охарактеризовано їх типологійні особливості, змістові домінанти, рубрикаційну структуру, композиційно-візуальні параметри та редакторський чинник. Предметом виступають типологійні характеристики, змістові домінанти, композиційно-візуальні параметри та редакторський чинник формування журнальної періодики Тернопільщини в контексті медіапростору України. Емпіричну базу становлять 152 журнальні видання, що виходили на Тернопільщині у період Незалежності України. Хронологічні межі дослідження охоплюють період від 24 серпня 1991 р. до 24 лютого 2022 р., що дає змогу простежити розвиток регіональної журнальної періодики від часу здобуття Україною Незалежності до початку повномасштабного вторгнення Росії в Україну. Методологічну основу дисертації становить комплекс загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів. Методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення й систематизації використано для опрацювання наукових підходів до вивчення журнальної періодики. Історико-хронологічний метод дав змогу простежити етапи становлення й розвитку журналів Тернопільщини у контексті суспільно-історичних змін. Типологійний метод застосовано для класифікації видань за цільовим призначенням, читацькою адресою, тематичним спрямуванням і функційними ознаками. Контент-аналіз забезпечив виявлення провідних змістових домінант, порівняльний метод – зіставлення журналів різних типологійних груп, структурно-функціональний метод – аналіз рубрикації, жанрових форм і редакторських моделей, а візуально-комунікативний аналіз – дослідження ілюстративного матеріалу, шрифтового оформлення та архітектоніки видань.; The dissertation research is devoted to a comprehensive study of the magazine periodicals of Ternopil Region in 1991–2022 as a component of the regional media space of Ukraine and an important source for understanding the historical and journalistic process of the Independence period. The study examines the region’s magazine publications in the interrelation of their historical, typological, formal-content, compositional-visual and editorial characteristics. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that the magazine periodicals of Ternopil Region during the period of Ukraine’s Independence have not yet been the subject of a holistic scholarly analysis, although they reflect local sociopolitical, cultural, scientific, professional, religious, literary-artistic, advertising and informational processes of the region. The purpose of the dissertation is to comprehensively study the magazine periodicals of Ternopil Region as a systemic phenomenon in the interrelation of historical, typological and formal-content characteristics. To achieve this purpose, the theoretical foundations of the study of Ukrainian magazine periodicals have been analysed, methodological approaches to the typologization of regional magazine publications have been outlined, the socio-historical factors of their functioning have been determined, the periodization of the development of magazines in Ternopil Region has been carried out, and their typological features, content dominants, rubrication structure, compositional-visual parameters and editorial factor have been characterized. The object of the research is the magazine periodicals of Ternopil Region in 1991–2022. The subject of the research comprises the typological characteristics, content dominants, compositional-visual parameters and editorial factor in the formation of the magazine periodicals of Ternopil Region in the context of the regional media space of Ukraine. The empirical basis consists of 152 magazine publications issued in Ternopil Region during the period of Ukraine’s Independence. The chronological framework of the study covers the period from August 24, 1991, to February 24, 2022, which makes it possible to trace the development of regional magazine periodicals from the time Ukraine gained Independence to the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the dissertation is formed by a set of general scientific and special methods. The methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization were used to process scholarly approaches to the study of magazine periodicals. The historical-chronological method made it possible to trace the stages of formation and development of magazines in Ternopil Region in the context of socio-historical changes. The typological method was applied to classify publications according to their purpose, reader address, thematic orientation and functional features. Content analysis ensured the identification of the leading content dominants; the comparative method enabled the comparison of magazines of different typological groups; the structural-functional method was used to analyse rubrication, genre forms and editorial models; and visualcommunicative analysis was applied to study covers, illustrative material, font design and the architectonics of publications. Короткий огляд (реферат): Дисертаційна робота присвячена вивченню прагматичних маніпуляцій та семантичної переорганізації творів із ракурсу параперекладу як парадигмального і трансдисциплінарного явища в контексті перекладознавчих студій. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю розширити методологічний інструментарій перекладознавства через демаргіналізацію паратекстового поля і врахування адаптаційних алгоритмів мережі параперекладачів, які сукупно формують рецепцію твору і репрезентують його у вигляді книжки в цільовій культурі. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що вперше концепцію параперекладу цілісно застосовано до українських перекладацьких та видавничих практик; вмотивовано необхідність студіювання емпіричного аспекту параперекладу як консеквенції багатоетапних операцій відображених на соціологічному рівні; досліджено мережу параперекладачів із погляду їхньої активності, взаємодії та комунікації, націленої на формування остаточного варіанта представлення перекладеного твору; розмежовано поняття паратекстового зсуву, вилучення, додавання та адаптації; охарактеризовано специфіку спунеризму та класифіковано його типові транспозиційні форманти; окреслено методику відтворення артлангів та рунічних написів у контексті організації перітекстового простору; зафіксовано паратексти, що вирізняються меншою екзистенційною частотністю та перехідною природою; розглянуто промоційні матеріали з позицій підсилення дискурсу про інший переклад; здійснено цілісний парааналіз зібрання творів з урахуванням зовнішніх та внутрішніх перітекстових репрезентацій. Практичне значення дисертаційного дослідження полягає в демонстрації комплексного інструментарію для роботи з перітекстовим полем видання, що диверсифікує перекладацькі підходи. Розширення методології дослідження параперекладу покликане сприяти взаємодії агентів мережі параперекладу. Результати наукової роботи можуть бути використані для підготовки монографій, підручників та посібників перекладознавчого профілю. Висвітлені положення мають дидактичний потенціал стати компонентами курсів «Вступ до перекладознавства», «Теорія перекладу», «Переклад художньої прози» та ін.; The dissertation is devoted to the study of pragmatic manipulations and semantic reorganization of literary works from the perspective of paratranslation as a paradigmatic and transdisciplinary phenomenon within translation studies. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to expand the methodological toolkit of translation studies through the demarginalisation of the paratextual field and the consideration of adaptive algorithms employed by the paratranslation network, which collectively shape the reception of a work and represent it as a book within the target culture. The scientific novelty of the research findings lies in the fact that for the first time the concept of paratranslation has been holistically applied to Ukrainian translation and publishing practices; the necessity of studying the empirical aspect of paratranslation as a consequence of multi-stage operations reflected at the sociological level has been substantiated; the network of paratranslators has been examined in terms of their activity, interaction, and communication aimed at shaping the final representation of a translated work; the notions of paratextual shift, omission, addition, and adaptation have been differentiated; the specificity of spoonerism has been characterised and its typical transpositional formants classified; the methodology for rendering artlangs and runic inscriptions within the organisation of peritextual space has been outlined; paratexts distinguished by lower existential frequency and transitional nature have been identified; promotional materials have been examined from the perspective of reinforcing the discourse on alternative translation; a holistic paraanalysis of a collected works edition has been conducted with regard to both external and internal peritextual representations. The practical significance of the dissertation research lies in demonstrating a comprehensive toolkit for working with the peritextual field of a publication, thereby diversifying translation approaches. The expansion of the paratranslation research methodology is intended to facilitate interaction among agents within the paratranslation network. The findings of the research may be employed in the preparation of monographs, textbooks, and manuals in the field of translation studies. The outlined propositions hold didactic potential to become components of such courses as Introduction to Translation Studies, Theory of Translation, Translation of Literary Prose, and others.
