The paper outlines participation requirements, selection structure, jury work and assessment logic, prize system and its motivational impact. A pedagogical perspective is added: how competition standards (stylistic accuracy, stage endurance, interpretive maturity) can be translated into teaching and learning strategies for piano training within performance and methodological courses. Practical educational tools are proposed (criteria-based rubrics, “mini-rounds”, reflective practice diary, simulated performance stress) relevant to the Bachelor programme 025 “Music Art”. The most vulnerable category of the population are children, who, under conditions of prolonged stress, lose not only a sense of security, but also psycho-emotional balance. Daily air raid sirens, the threat of losing loved ones, the destruction of a familiar way of life – all this has a long-lasting psycho-traumatic impact. Therefore, the issue of stabilizing the emotional state of children in wartime is not just a psychological problem, but a national priority.
