В басейні р. Качава виявлено надмірно високу розораність (62,2 % території): землі у багатьох випадках розорані аж до русла водотоку, що можна спостерігати у всіх селах, через це екокоридори, які є важливою ланкою екомережі, у басейні обриваються. Коефіцієнт антропогенної трансформації басейну річки, обчислений за методикою П. Шищенка, становить 7,2, що вказує на високий рівень змін у цій геосистемі. Оцінено рекреаційне навантаження та рекреаційну ємність території. Проаналізовано екостан річки Качава, Романівського, Колодіївського та Малоходачківського ставів за фізичними показниками. Запропоновано управлінські заходи із оздоровлення річкового басейну.; The structure of land use in the Kachava River basin, the features of agricultural and recreational nature use, their impact on the environment, and the level of anthropogenic transformation of the geosystem were analyzed. Excessively high and ecologically hazardous levels of arable land use have been identified (62.2% of the territory): in many cases, land has been ploughed right up to the riverbed, a phenomenon observable in all villages; as a result, ecological corridors that are a vital link in the ecological network – are severed within the basin. The coefficient of anthropogenic transformation of the Kachava river basin, calculated using P. Shyshchenko’s methodology, is 7.2, indicating a high level of change in this geosystem. The recreational load and recreational capacity of the territory were assessed. The ecological status of the Kachava River and the Romanivskyі, Kolodiyivskyі and Malokhodachkivskyі ponds has been analysed in terms of physical indicators.
