Компаративні перетини та інтертекстуальні реляції в романі К. Е. Францоза «Мошко з Парми»

Abstract

У статті досліджується специфіка міжтекстової взаємодії та різноманітних перегуків в романі К. Е. Францоза «Мошко з Парми». Зокрема розглядається зв’язок із культурно- історичним контекстом, простежуються архітекстуальні реляції із відомими зразками жанру роману виховання, компаративні збіги із текстами Григорія Сковороди та оповіданням Дмитра Макогона «Австрійський герой». Авторка статті констатує також наявність біблійних маркерів у творі, котрі проступають на рівні семантики тексту через натяки, алюзії, ремінісценції та пряме цитування.

The article investigates a specific character of intertextual interaction and of various roll – calls in a novel “Moschko von Parma” by K.E.Franzos. In particula a connection with cultural and historical context is considered, architextual relations with famous examples of a genre of education novel are observed, comparative coincidences with texts of Hryhoriy Skovoroda and a story “An Austrian hero” by Dmytro Makohon. Fronzos’s novel is connected with paradigmatic patterns of the genre by: the specifics of the plot, which describes the protagonist development from the time of his birth to his death; the constellation of characters in which the main place is given to the character of a mentor and the rest characters fulfill the role of correlators of inner and outer changes of the protagonist; the peculiarities of narrative strategy the main aim of which is to demonstrate stages of protagonist’s evolution. The example of Karl Emil Franzos’s character demonstrates the appropriateness of Skovoroda’s conception. His protagonist feels the happiest when he founds his “akin” labour. The theme of Franzos’s novel overlaps with the work of Dmytro Makohon “Austrian Hero”. They are connected not only by the problems discussed in the novel but also by the fact that both authors were born in Halychyna. The ending of the story brings together the story of Dmytro Makohon with the novel of the Austrian writer: his protagonist comes home physically exhausted and devastated by the war. The author of the article also states presence of bible markers in the novel, which emerge on the level of semantics of the text through hints, allusions, reminiscence and direct quoting. Specific toponymic names and realia underline the reality shown in the novel and emphasize the connection with historical and cultural context.
