dc.description.abstract	In the article the place and meaning of the literary heritage of Samuel Beckett in the Ukrainian translatings is investigated. Particular attention has been paid to the difficulties in translating of the writer 's works, caused by their rich subcontext on the phonographiccd, lexical, syntactical and semantic levels. There are examples Jrom Volodymyr Dibrova’s translations of the plays “Krapp’s Last Tape" and “Endgame” in the article.	uk_UA
