dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the content and aspect processes of changes and their consequences in the development of general secondary education institutions. It is substantiated the essence of the concept of "change management" in the context of theoretical achievements. The main change management models are described and analyzed. IIt is established that the effective activity of secondary schools iis accompanied by constant processes of changes. The reasons for them exist both inside and outside general secondary education institutions. According to the identified reasons, change management is a Ilaborious, step-by-step process based on the principles of organizational culture.
