Підготовка фахівців мистецько-педагогічного профілю до виховної роботи з дітьми та молоддю у сільських школах в умовах їх сучасної реорганізації

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі підготовки фахівців мистецько-педагогічного профілю зурахуванням особливостей їх роботи в умовах оптимізації мережі загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів усільській місцевості. Розглянуто специфічні завдання, які стоять перед випускником ЗВО, що зумовленіособливостями функціонування освітнього закладу у сільському середовищі. Окреслено педагогічні умовипідготовки фахівців мистецько-педагогічного профілю, які забезпечать достатній обсяг їх загальних іфахових компетенцій для розв’язання освітніх завдань у сільських школах

The article is devoted to the topical issue of training the specialists in art and pedagogy, taking into accountthe peculiarities of their work in terms of optimizing a network of secondary schools in rural areas.The article reveals the specific tasks faced by a graduate of a university, that arise due to the peculiarities ofrural school functioning.Among the tasks in educational sphere are: filling the content of Art lessons with the information concerninglocal art traditions, their research and imaginative interpretation by students and teachers; carrying out aneducational work on the basis of integration of all disciplines of aesthetic cycle; involvement in extracurricularcultural and artistic work of local traditional culture bearers, as well as mass involvement of schoolchildren intocultural and artistic activities in a village.In the socio-cultural sphere, the following tasks have been put: ensuring close cultural cooperation of schoolteachers with public centers in a village; providing vertical interaction of cultural and educational institutions ofa village, district and region with the possible use of their resources.The article highlights the pedagogical conditions for training of professionals of artistic and pedagogicalspecialties: filling educational programs for art pedagogical specialties with disciplines aimed at the formation ofcompetence in various types of artistic activity; introduction into the curriculum of subjects that provide students withthe knowledge and skills of programming cultural and artistic activities as a systematically directed influence on thecultural development and education of young people in rural areas; supplementing the content of educational materialwith the information on the management of socio-cultural activities, and the information concerning the students’mastering the methods of collecting and organizing patterns of traditional culture of certain village and region
