Буковина під владою Румунії: Візія Іона Ністора та її втілення (1918-1940 роки)

Abstract

The article examines the period of Northern Bukovina's rule by Romania (1918-1940) through the prism of political and ideological views of the prominent Bukovinian historian and politician Ion Nistor. The author analyzes key aspects of Romanian administrative policy, in particular in the areas of education, culture, economy, and demographic change, in the context of national identity and the integration of the region into the Romanian kingdom. Particular attention is paid to Nistor's understanding of the historical role of Bukovina, his vision of the future of the region, and his direct involvement in the processes of Romanization and state-building.
