Abstract

Воєнні конфлікти залишають глибокий слід у психіці цивільного населення, особливо вразливими є діти та підлітки. Стаття розкриває особливості формування у неповнолітніх в умовах війни психічних розладів, зокрема ПТСР, тривожних розладів, депресії та порушень поведінки. Узагальнено результати міжнародних і вітчизняних досліджень, визначено основні ризики, а також розглянуто напрями психосо-ціальної допомоги. Окрема увага приділена психологічним наслідкам війни в Україні для молодого покоління та існуючим підходам до лікування і реабілітації.

Armed conflicts leave a profound impact on the mental health of civilian populations, with children and adolescents being among the most vulnerable. This article examines the development of mental disorders in minors during wartime, focusing on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral disturbances. It summarizes the findings of both international and Ukrainian studies, outlines key risk factors, and explores approaches to psychosocial support. Special attention is given to the war in Ukraine, its psychological consequences for the younger generation, and current methods of treatment and rehabilitation.
