Україна та Республіка Білорусь у системі двосторонніх міждержавних відносин: історико-політичний аспект (1991–2014 рр.)

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз формування, динаміки та особливостей розвитку двосторонніх відносин між Україною та Республікою Білорусь у період з 1991 по 2014 роки. Обґрунтовано вплив внутрішньополітичних трансформацій та зміни зовнішньополітичних векторів обох держав на характер їхньої міждержавної взаємодії. Визначено ключові етапи становлення нормативно-правової бази та розвитку співробітництва в політичній, економічній та соціокультурній сферах. Акцентовано увагу на ролі геополітичного чинника, зокрема впливу Російської Федерації на двосторонні зв'язки, та проаналізовано причини зміни парадигми відносин і завершення окресленого історичного етапу взаємодії внаслідок подій 2014 року.

The qualification paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the formation, dynamics, and specific features of bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus from 1991 to 2014. It substantiates the impact of domestic political transformations and shifts in the foreign policy vectors of both states on the nature of their interstate interaction. The key stages of establishing the regulatory and legal framework and developing cooperation in political, economic, and socio-cultural spheres are identified. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of the geopolitical factor, specifically the influence of the Russian Federation on bilateral ties, and the reasons for the paradigm shift in relations and the conclusion of the outlined historical stage of interaction following the events of 2014 are analyzed.
