Психологічні особливості мотивації навчання студентів-психологів

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів до вивчення мотивації навчання у студентському віці, охарактеризовано психологічні особливості мотивації навчання студентів-психологів та визначено соціально-психологічні чинники її розвитку. Проведено емпіричне дослідження мотивації навчання студентів-психологів, проаналізовано співвідношення внутрішньої та зовнішньої мотивації, мотивації досягнення успіху й уникнення невдач. Визначено взаємозв’язки між професійним покликанням, особистісним розвитком, практичною спрямованістю навчання та внутрішньою мотивацією. Розроблено практичні рекомендації, спрямовані на розвиток внутрішньої мотивації, професійної самосвідомості та навчальної активності студентів-психологів.

The qualification paper presents a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the study of academic motivation among college students, describes the psychological characteristics of academic motivation among psychology students, and identifies the sociopsychological factors influencing its development. An empirical study of the learning motivation of psychology students was conducted, and the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as between the motivation to achieve success and the motivation to avoid failure, was analyzed. The correlations between professional calling, personal development, the practical orientation of learning, and intrinsic motivation were identified. Practical recommendations aimed at developing intrinsic motivation, professional self-awareness, and academic engagement among psychology students were developed.
