USING ICT TOOLS TO ENHANCE TRAINING OF JUNIOR BORDER GUARD SERVICE INSPECTORS

Abstract

The author raises the issue of using innovative technologies to develop the professional competence of junior border guard service inspectors. Currently, information and communication technologies are being actively introduced into the professional training system of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to staff training in distance learning courses. The use of educational ICTs in the process of professional training allows for the change of the role of the teacher to that of the facilitator who organizes students’ independent work. E-learning today plays a key role in the training of the junior border guards.
