Управління процесом забезпечення професійної успішності вчителів у закладі загальної середньої освіти

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено проблемі управління процесом забезпечення успішності вчителів у закладі загальної середньої освіти. Розкрито зміст поняття «професійна успішність вчителів», з’ясовано чинники і засоби забезпечення професійної успішності вчителів. Виявлено стан проблеми, забезпечення управління професійною успішністю вчителів у закладах загальної середньої освіти. На основі аналізу наукової літератури та результатів проведеного діагностичного дослідження розроблено модель системи управління, яка зможе забезпечити професійну успішність вчителів у закладі загальної середньої освіти, і програму сприяння їх професійній успішності.

The qualification work is devoted to the problem of managing the process of ensuring the success of teachers in a general secondary education institution. The content of the concept of "professional success of teachers" is disclosed, the factors and means of ensuring the professional success of teachers are clarified. The state of the problem is revealed, ensuring the management of the professional success of teachers in general secondary education institutions. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the results of the diagnostic study, a model of a management system has been developed that will be able to ensure the professional success of teachers in a general secondary education institution, and a program to promote their professional success.
