Гендерні особливості поведінки молодших підлітків у конфліктних ситуаціях

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено комплексне дослідження ґендерних особливостей поведінки молодших підлітків у міжособистісних конфліктах. У теоретичному розділі проаналізовано сутність поняття міжособистісного конфлікту, його основні характеристики, критерії та типологію. Розкрито психологічні особливості підліткового віку, визначено ключові причини виникнення конфліктів у молодших підлітків та чинники, що впливають на вибір ними певних моделей і стратегій поведінки. Окреслено ґендерні відмінності у сприйнятті конфліктних ситуацій, емоційних реакціях та способах їх розв’язання. Подано детальний аналіз отриманих результатів, що дав змогу виявити статистично значущі відмінності у виборі стратегій конфліктної поведінки між хлопцями та дівчатами молодшого підліткового віку, а також визначити тенденції, притаманні кожній ґендерній групі. Описано результати апробації програми, які засвідчили її ефективність у покращенні поведінкових стратегій та зниженні деструктивних форм взаємодії.

A comprehensive study of the gender-specific characteristics of younger adolescents’ behavior in interpersonal conflicts is presented in this research. The theoretical section analyzes the essence of interpersonal conflict, its main characteristics, criteria, and typology. The psychological features of early adolescence are examined, and the key causes of conflict among younger adolescents, as well as the factors influencing their choice of behavioral models and strategies, are identified. Gender differences in the perception of conflict situations, emotional responses, and approaches to conflict resolution are outlined. A detailed analysis of the findings reveals statistically significant differences in conflict behavior strategies chosen by boys and girls in younger adolescence and highlights patterns typical for each gender group. The practical section presents and substantiates a psycho-corrective program aimed at resolving interpersonal conflicts among adolescents. The program focuses on developing constructive response strategies, enhancing communication skills, improving emotional self-regulation, and reducing aggressive manifestations in conflict situations.
