Шкільна медіація як метод розвитку емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз шкільної медіації як інноваційного методу розвитку емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів; проаналізовано психологічні особливості дітей молодшого шкільного віку; обґрунтовано емпіричні показники розвитку емоційного інтелекту в учнів початкової школи; проведено емпіричне дослідження особливостей впливу шкільної медіації на розвиток емоційної компетентності дітей; розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження медіаційних програм у навчально-виховний процес.

In the Master's thesis a theoretical and methodological analysis of school mediation as an innovative approach to the development of emotional intelligence in younger schoolchildren was conducted; the psychological characteristics of younger schoolchildren were analyzed; empirical indicators of emotional intelligence development in primary school pupils were substantiated; an empirical study of the peculiarities of the influence of school mediation on the development of children's emotional competence was conducted; practical recommendations for the implementation of mediation programs in the educational process were developed.
