Самоменеджмент в управлінні діловою кар’єрою соціального працівника

Abstract

Досліджувалася проблема самоменеджменту в управлінні діловою кар’єрою соціального працівника. Об’єктом дослідження є самоменеджмент у діяльності соціального працівника. Проаналізовано основні наукові підходи, суть і особливості самоменеджменту та досліджено його вплив на професійний розвиток соціального працівника. Висвітлено особливості використання самоменеджменту в професійній діяльності соціального працівника. Обґрунтовано концептуальні ідеї та технології самоменеджменту в контексті управління діловою кар’єрою соціального працівника. Проведено експеримент з метою виявлення ефективності застосування технологій самоменеджменту в управлінні діловою кар’єрою соціального працівника.

The problem of self-management in managing the business career of a social worker was studied. The object of the study is self-management in the activities of a social worker. The main scientific approaches, essence and features of self-management are analyzed and its impact on the professional development of a social worker is studied. The features of the use of self-management in the professional activities of a social worker are highlighted. The conceptual ideas and technologies of self-management in the context of managing the business career of a social worker are substantiated. An experiment was conducted to identify the effectiveness of using self-management technologies in managing a social worker's business career.
