dc.description.abstractThe susceptibility of polyphosphatidylinositols metabolism to sharp decreasing of environment temperature was studied. It was shown that the rapid cooling of the maize coleoptiles during 5 -20 minutes at +10C didn't cause the reliable changes in the radioactivity amount of the general phospholipids fractions( PC, PEA, PG, PS, PI, PA ). At the same time we have detected the sharp decrease amounts of the radioactive compounds that corresponded to PIP and PIP2. The results show that polyphosphatidylinositols take part in the transduction of low temperature signal into the plant cells.uk_UA
