Краткий осмотр (реферат): У статті викладено соціально-педагогічні фактори впливу ВНЗ на формування управлінської культури майбутніх фахівців. Показано, що на тлі сучасних педагогічних ідей необхідно будувати систему культурологічного зростання будь-якого спеціаліста, зокрема формування його управлінської культури.

The article outlines the socio-pedagogical factors of the influence of higher educational institutions on the formation of future specialists’ managerial culture. It is shown that despite the current socio-pedagogical ideas the state of cultural training of specialists does not satisfy anyone, it is necessary to create a system of cultural growth of any professional, including the formation of his managerial culture, to restore respect for the highest level of professionalism, one part of which is the managerial culture. Having summarized the existing scientific views, we can state that despite the fact that the managerial culture of a specialist is a dynamic phenomenon and it develops during all stages of the professional growth, the most sensitive period of its development is the period of training at higher educational institution. That is when the student understands, as a future specialist, the essence of his professional activity, his professional functions and roles, intentions, aims (distant and near), defines the professional image, realizes the personal standards of conduct and forms of interaction with people, grasps the need to establish professional contacts and starts to value professional cooperation. Therefore, the most important pedagogical factor influencing the formation of specialists’ managerial culture, first of all, belongs to the readiness of the teacher, because exactly he implements pedagogical principles, technologies and conditions for the effective impact on this process. Every teacher of any special discipline should operate taking into the account that for a modern specialist there should be no problem in the ability to analyze, to put aims, organize the establishment of human and business contacts. Thanks to pedagogical skills he must train future specialists to enrich international contacts, to conclude interesting and profitable for the enterprise contracts, to develop the ability adequately present themselves as a mature modern specialists in communication with customers, to attract interest, to know clearly how to pass ahead the competitors, how to plan, how to correct, to control and stimulate productive work, that provides personal authority, prestige and respect to the specialist
