Добір програмного забезпечення для навчання майбутніх фахівців з деревообробки проектуванню меблевих виробів

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність застосування систем автоматизованого проектування у процесі створення дизайн проектумеблевого виробу, який складається з креслення кожного виробу зокрема і всього приміщення з меблями в цілому, схем та планів, на яких зображено меблі у всіх ракурсах і з усіх кутів зору. Здійснено добір спеціалізованого програмного забезпечення (PRO 100, bCAD Мебельщик, Базис-Конструктор-Мебельщик, KitchenDraw, Astra, Woody), яке здатне вирішувати завдання на всіх етапах проектування меблевого виробу та схарактеризовано його функціональні можливості. Виокремлено показники оцінки можливості та доцільності застосування програмного забезпечення для проектування меблевих виробів у процесі конструкторсько-технологічної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з деревообробки: вимоги щодо обладнання персонального комп'ютера, можливість проектування меблів "з нуля", якість візуалізацїі, склад стандартної бібліотеки, створення власних електронних бібліотек меблів, планування та контроль виробничих процесів, створення інтер'єрних композицій, що дозволяють найкращим чином презентувати продукцію, безпосередня робота з замовником, установка додаткового програмного забезпечення, експорт у програму розкрою, експорт у керуючу програму.

The article substantiates the feasibility of using automated design systems in the process of creating of the design project ofthe furniture product, which consists of drawing of each product in particular and the entire room with furniture in general, schemes and plans, in which furniture in all angles and from all angles are represented. It is made the selection of the specialized software (PRO 100, bCAD-Furniture Maker, Basis-Designer Furniture Maker, Kitchen Draw, Astra, Woody), which is capable to solve tasks at all stages of designing furniture products and itsfunctionality are defined. The indexes ofthe estimation ofthe possibility and the feasibility of using of the software for the design offurniture products in the process of design and technological preparation offuture woodworking specialists are specified: requirements for the equipment of the personal computer, the possibility of designing furniture "from zero", the quality of visualization, the composition of the standard library, the creation of their own electronic furniture libraries, planning and control of production processes, creating of the interior compositions that allow the best presentation ofproducts, direct work with the customer, installation ofthe additional software program, the export into cutting program, the export into manager program.
