The system of professional training of future specialists in social sphere to conflict resolution

Abstract

In the article the author substantiates the necessity of using a systematic approach in professional training of future professionals in social sphere to solve social conflicts. Deals with the essence of a scientific categories and examines the main aspects used the system of professional training of future specialists in social sphere. The author deals with general psychological and pedagogical approaches development of the system of professional training of future specialists in social sphere to solve conflicts. Attention is focused on three main concepts (theoretical, methodological and technological) that provide the optimization of activities taking into account specificity of occupations of the future social teacher and social worker in the process of continuous professional training («junior specialist», «Bachelor», «Master).
