Розвиток соціальної роботи в Україні: від жіночих ініціатив до сучасної професійної соціальної роботи

Abstract

У статті аналізуються різні аспекти соціальної роботи, включаючи забезпечення соціального захисту та надання допомоги окремим особам і групам, які потрапили в складні життєві обставини. Розглядається, формування стратегії жіночої ініціативи, спрямованої на розвиток адресної допомоги, соціальної підтримки сімей, дітей та молоді, а також забезпечення соціального захисту громадян. Особливу увагу приділено створенню умов для роботи з різними категоріями отримувачів послуг, а також соціальній підтримці громадян, які були звільнені у запас або відправлені у відставку з військової служби, а також їх сімей, роботі з внутрішньо-переміщеними особами та іншими категоріями, яких торкнулась війна. Мета статті полягає у необхідності осмислення проблем розвитку професійної соціальної роботи, включаючи період жіночих ініціатив з кінця ХХ ст. Основними завданнями дослідження визначено ряд ключових аспектів, які сприяють глибшому розумінню процесу професійного розвитку у сфері соціальної роботи. Дослідження акцентує увагу на особливостях жіночих ініціатив, які відіграють важливу роль у формуванні професійної самовизначеності. Вивчення цих ініціатив дозволяє зрозуміти, як вони впливають на розвиток особистісних якостей та професійних навичок, які є необхідними для успішного зростання у кар'єрі. За результатами узагальненого аналізу зроблено висновки, що для успішного виконання цих завдань соціальні працівники повинні мати широкий спектр знань і навичок, які допоможуть їм взаємодіяти з різними групами населення, розуміти їхні потреби та вирішувати їхні проблеми. Висновки дослідження підтверджують, що всі соціальні перетворення вимагають наявності спеціальних знань і навичок. Особливу увагу варто приділити організації нових напрямків діяльності, таких як: підтримка постраждалих від сексуального насильства (жінок, чоловіків та дітей); робота з сім’ями ветеранів війни; а також підтримка родин, в яких є загиблі або зниклі безвісті під час війни.

The article analyzes various aspects of social work, including social protection and assistance to individuals and groups in difficult life circumstances. It also discusses the formation of a strategy for women's initiatives aimed at developing targeted assistance, social support for families, children and youth, as well as ensuring social protection for citizens. Special attention is paid to creating conditions for working with different categories of service recipients, as well as social support for citizens who have been discharged or retired from military service, as well as their families, work with internally displaced persons and other categories affected by the war. The current state of social work as a professional activity is revealed. The forms and methods of social work necessary for the training of students of higher educational institutions are analyzed and substantiated. It is also provided a list of conditions necessary for the formation of a system of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities, which will ensure their effective self-realization in the process of professional training. Particular attention is paid to the development of personal qualities of a social worker, which will contribute to the formation of comprehensively knowledgeable specialists in the field of social work and their high-quality work in difficult modern conditions. The purpose of the article is to understand the problems of the development of professional social work, including the period of women's initiatives since the end of the 20th century. The main objectives of the study are to identify a number of key aspects that contribute to a deeper understanding of the process of professional development in the field of social work. The study focuses on the specifics of women's initiatives, which play an important role in the formation of professional self-determination. The study of these initiatives allows us to understand how they affect the development of personal qualities and professional skills that are necessary for successful career growth. Based on the results of the generalized analysis, it was concluded that in order to successfully perform these tasks, social workers must have a wide range of knowledge and skills that will help them interact with different population groups, understand their needs and solve their problems. The study findings confirm that all social transformations require specialized knowledge and skills. Particular attention should be paid to the organization of new areas of activity, such as: support for victims of sexual violence (women, men, and children); work with families of war veterans; and support for families with deceased or missing persons during the war.
