Abstract

The organization of children's leisure in the tourism industry is a key component in ensuring high-quality family vacations, especially in resort areas. Children's animation, as a specific branch of hotel services, contributes not only to increasing tourist satisfaction but also to strengthening the hotel's reputation among family-oriented clientele. The growing demand for personalized services and the development of family tourism highlight the importance of creating effective mini-clubs in hotels, implementing tailored animation programs, hiring qualified personnel, and providing appropriate infrastructure. This article identifies the main directions of children's tourism animation, explores core approaches to organizing children's animation in resort settings, summarizes current practices, analyzes examples from international experience, and outlines key trends influencing this sector of hotel service.
