| Abstract: | The publication considers the requirements for water protection zones (WPZ) and coastal protection strips (CPZ) and their allocation around the Ternopil Reservoir in the context of urban development. Particular attention is paid to the operation of industrial enterprises and economic facilities within them on the basis of environmental safety. In particular, the project for the construction of treatment facilities of the Biletska TG within the WZ in the upper reaches of the pond is considered as such that was planned in violation of environmental standards and regulations. |
