Концептуальна модель оптимізації землекористування Байковецької сільської територіальної громади

Abstract

The current structure of the land fund of the Baikivtsi rural territorial community was analyzed, and it was found that agricultural land dominates, accounting for the vast majority – 77.2%. In particular, arable land covers 59% of the territory, hayfields – 7.04%, pastures – 8.72%, and perennial plantations – 2.44%. Built-up areas account for 7.3%. It has been established that the high level of plowing of the territory (over 59%) leads to intensive soil degradation due to erosion processes. Ways to optimize land use have been proposed, including taking into account landscape and ecological priorities, increasing the area of nature reserves, as well as expanding forested areas and converting low-yielding lands into natural forage lands and afforestation to prevent erosion.
