| Abstract: | The natural conditions, economic complex, and environmental state of the Khmilnyk urban territorial community of Vinnytsia region are characterized. To improve the environmental situation in the community, it is proposed to enhance the solid municipal waste management system; monitor wastewater discharges and the quality of water in the Southern Bug River; use energy-efficient equipment in municipal facilities; and introduce restrictions on unorganized recreation in the city’s green zone and the coastal zone of the Southern Bug. |
