Формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності підлітків засобами рухливих ігор

Abstract

Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню питанню формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності підлітків засобами рухливих ігор. Для досягнення поставленої мети у першому розділі роботи бло охарактеризовано психологічні, фізіологічні та педагогічні особливості підліткового віку. На етапі апробації дослідження було підібрано відповідно до віку учнів рухливі ігри. На третьому, заключному етапі дослідження обґрунтовано ефективність використання рухливих ігор з метою формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності підлітків.

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the issue of the formation of health-preserving competence of adolescents by means of outdoor games. To achieve the set goal, the first section of the work describes the psychological, physiological and pedagogical features of adolescence. At the stage of testing the study, outdoor games were selected according to the age of the students. At the third, final stage of the study, the effectiveness of the use of outdoor games for the purpose of forming health-preserving competence of adolescents was substantiated.
