Аналіз конкурентних переваг підприємства в умовах трансформаційної економіки

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню концептуальних засад аналізу конкурентних переваг підприємства в умовах трансформаційної економіки. У роботі обґрунтовано економічний зміст конкурентних переваг підприємства, визначено систему факторів впливу на конкурентоспроможність та методи її оцінки; проведено загальну характеристику господарської діяльності ПрАТ «Тернопільський молокозавод»; визначено основні напрямки удосконалення управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the conceptual principles of the analysis of the competitive advantages of an enterprise in the conditions of a transformational economy. The work substantiates the economic content of the competitive advantages of the enterprise, identifies a system of factors influencing competitiveness and methods for its assessment; provides a general characteristic of the economic activities of PrJSC "Ternopil Dairy Plant"; identifies the main areas of improvement in the management of the competitive advantages of the enterprise.
