| Abstract: | The article examines the components of the professional mastery of a team sports coach (game-based sports) in high-stress environments. It analyzes the psychological and pedagogical aspects of a coach's activities during competitions and intense training processes. Particular attention is paid to emotional intelligence, stress resilience, and the ability to make effective tactical decisions under pressure. |
