Психологічні особливості діагностики та реабілітації ветеранів із посттравматичним стресовим розладом

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі теоретично обґрунтовано та емпірично досліджено психологічні аспекти діагностики посттравматичного стресового розладу у ветеранів. У теоретичній частині проаналізовано підходи до розуміння феномену ПТСР. Метою дослідження було проаналізувати основні симптоми посттравматичного стресового розладу, діагностичні критерії та визначити основні шляхи підтримки та реабілітації ветеранів з ПТСР. Вибірку склали 54 військовослужбовці з бойовим досвідом. Результати показали, що від 20% до 31% учасників мають клінічно значущі ознаки ПТСР, ще близько 50% перебувають у стані підвищеного ризику декомпенсації. У 73% респондентів виявлено ознаки нейроповедінкової дезадаптації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості використання мультидисциплінарного підходу у реабілітації ветеранів із ПТСР.

The qualification paper investigates the psychological aspects of diagnostics and rehabilitation of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in veterans. This thesis provides a theoretical framework and empirical analysis of the psychological aspects of diagnosing post-traumatic stress disorder in veterans. The theoretical section analyses approaches to understanding the phenomenon of PTSD. The aim of the study was to analyse the main symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and diagnostic criteria, and to identify the main avenues for supporting and rehabilitating veterans with PTSD. The sample consisted of 54 military personnel with combat experience. The results showed that between 20% and 31% of participants exhibited clinically significant signs of PTSD, whilst a further 50% were at increased risk of decompensation. Signs of neurobehavioural maladjustment were identified in 73% of respondents. The practical significance of these findings lies in the potential for using a multidisciplinary approach in the rehabilitation of veterans with PTSD.
