Психологічні особливості емоційних станів підлітків, які пережили розлучення батьків

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз психологічних особливостей емоційних станів підлітків, які пережили розлучення батьків. Розглянуто вплив сімейної дезінтеграції на психоемоційну сферу підлітків та проаналізовано основні теоретичні моделі їхньої емоційної адаптації. Проведено емпіричне дослідження особливостей емоційних станів підлітків із розлучених та повних сімей, визначено рівні тривожності, самооцінки, настрою і депресивної симптоматики. Виявлено взаємозв’язок між особливостями сімейної ситуації після розлучення батьків та показниками емоційного стану підлітків, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо їх психологічного супроводу.

In the bachelor’s thesis, a theoretical analysis of the psychological characteristics of emotional states in adolescents who experienced parental divorce was conducted. The impact of family disintegration on adolescents’ psycho-emotional well-being was examined, and the main theoretical models of their emotional adaptation were analyzed. An empirical study of the emotional states of adolescents from divorced and intact families was carried out, identifying the levels of anxiety, self-esteem, mood, and depressive symptoms. The relationship between the characteristics of the family situation after parental divorce and indicators of adolescents’ emotional states was determined, and recommendations for psychological support of adolescents experiencing parental divorce were developed.
