Сучасні фінансові платіжні системи, їх використання у туристичній діяльності

Abstract

У першому розділі розкрито теоретико-методичні основи дослідження платіжних інструментів у туризмі та крос-культурній комунікації, узагальнено їх класифікацію та методологію. У другому розділі проаналізовано еволюцію платіжних систем у процесі цифровізації, розвиток готівкових, карткових і цифрових платежів та роль міжнародних і fintech-сервісів. У третьому розділі досліджено сучасні платіжні інструменти в туризмі та основні проблеми міжнародних розрахунків: комісії, валютну конвертацію, кіберризики та повернення коштів. У четвертому розділі розглянуто перспективи розвитку платіжних інструментів, зокрема open banking, цифрові валюти та криптовалюту, а також надано практичні рекомендації для бізнесу.

In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of payment instruments in tourism and cross-cultural communication are presented, and their classification and methodology are summarized. In the second chapter, the evolution of payment systems in the process of digitalization is analyzed, including the development of cash, card, and digital payments, as well as the role of international and fintech services. In the third chapter, modern payment instruments in tourism and the main problems of international settlements are studied, including commissions, currency conversion, cybersecurity risks, and refunds. In the fourth chapter, the prospects for the development of payment instruments are considered, including open banking, digital currencies, and cryptocurrency, as well as practical recommendations for business.
