Abstract: У статті теоретично обгрунтоване використання інтерак­тивних методів навчання для стимулювання та розвитку рефлексії у студентів закладів вищої освіти. Актуальність теми зумовлена зміною освітньої парадигми, що вимагає підготовки фахівців, здатних до гнучкої самокорекції в умовах невизначеності та динамічних змін ринку праці. Досліджені фундаментальні моделі рефлексивної практики, зокрема підходи Д. Шона, циклічну модель Г. Гіббса, поетапну модель Д. Колба, структуровану модель К. Джонса, а також п’ятирівневу модель С. Еткінс та К. Мерфі. Виявлено, що рефлексія є активним процесом трансформації досвіду особистості, який потребує спеціально організованого середовища. Зазначено, що саме інтерактивні технології (дискусії, дебати, кейс-стаді, рольові ігри та інші) виступають зовнішнім каталізатором рефлексивних процесів. На прикладі методу кейс-стаді продемонстровано механізм проходження здобувачем освіти усіх етапів рефлексії за моделлю Еткінс та Мерфі: від первинного усвідомлення дефіциту знань до критичного аналізу та формування нових професійних стратегій. Простежено процес рефлексії на прикладі інтерактивного методу ділової гри. Визначено ключові механізми зв’язку інтерактивних методів та рефлексії: набуття досвіду «тут і зараз», взаємодія з альтернативними точками зору, отримання миттєвого зворотного зв’язку та створення безпечного простору для аналізу помилок. Виснувано, що інтеграція рефлексивних моделей у структуру інтерактивного заняття дозволяє студентам долати розрив між теорією та практикою, забезпечуючи перехід від репродуктивного навчання до свідомого професійного становлення.
The article provides a comprehensive theoretical substantiation for the implementation of interactive teaching methods as a complex, holistic system designed to stimulate and enhance professional reflection among higher education students. The profound relevance of this research is driven by a global shift in the educational paradigm, which increasingly prioritizes the development of specialists who are not merely repositories of information but are capable of flexible self-correction, critical thinking, and adaptation within the conditions of modem market uncertainty and dynamic professional challenges. The study meticulously examines fundamental models of reflective practice that form the pedagogical basis for modem training. Specifically, the research analyzes Donald Schon’s concept of «reflection-in-action» and «reflection-on- action,» Graham Gibbs’s reflective cycle, David Kolb’s experiential learning stages, Christopher Johns’s structured reflection model, and the comprehensive five-stage framework proposed by S. Atkins and K. Murphy. It is established that reflection should be viewed as an active, continuous process of personal experience transformation, which cannot occur spontaneously but requires a deliberately structured and supportive educational environment. The author substantiates that interactive technologies - such as structured discussions, academic debates, case studies, and role-playing simulations - function as essential external catalysts for internal reflective processes. Through the practical application of the case study method, the article demonstrates the precise mechanism of how a student progresses through the stages of the Atkins and Murphy model: moving from the initial awareness of a cognitive «gap» or knowledge deficit to deep critical analysis and, ultimately, the synthesis of new professional strategies and insights. The research identifies and details four key mechanisms that link interactive methods with the development of reflexivity: the acquisition of immediate experience in the «here and now» format; the confrontation with alternative perspectives during group collaboration; the reception of instant feedback from peers and mentors; and the provision of a psychologically safe academic space that encourages the analysis of errors without fear of failure. In conclusion, it is argued that the purposeful integration of these reflective models into the fabric of interactive classroom activities allows students to bridge the persistent gap between abstract theoretical knowledge and concrete professional practice. This approach ensures a qualitative transition from traditional, reproductive learning models to a state of conscious professional self- determination and continuous identity formation.
