Методика використання технік фасилітації в освітньому процесі з предметів природничого циклу НУШ

Abstract

У магістерській роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз понять «фасилітатор», «фасилітація», «педагогічна фасилітація» у психолого-педагогічній літературі і визначено основні прийоми та інструменти, які можуть бути застосовані у закладах загальної середньої освіти; обґрунтовано важливість реалізації ідей фасилітації у професійній діяльності вчителів і запропоновано шляхи оптимізації процесу педагогічної фасилітації в освітній сфері. У ході дослідження експериментальним шляхом перевірено ефективність використання техніки фасилітації при викладанні предметів природничого циклу; описано методику, організацію та проведення експерименту, а також представлені результати дослідно-експериментальної роботи, що підтверджують позитивний вплив фасилітаційних технік на взаємодію між учителем та учнями.

In the Master's thesis a theoretical analysis of the concepts of «facilitator», «facilitation», «pedagogical facilitation» in the psychological and pedagogical literature was carried out and the main methods and tools that can be applied in general secondary education institutions were determined; the importance of implementing the ideas of facilitation in the professional activity of teachers is substantiated and ways of optimizing the process of pedagogical facilitation in the educational sphere are proposed. In the course of the study, the effectiveness of the use of facilitation techniques in the teaching of science subjects was tested experimentally; the methodology, organization and conduct of the experiment are described, as well as the results of research and experimental work are presented, which confirm the positive influence of facilitation techniques on the interaction between the teacher and students.
