Abstract

The article examines Olympic education as an effective tool for the patriotic upbringing of youth within the system of physical culture and sports. The author defines its pedagogical potential in forming national identity, civic responsibility, and a healthy lifestyle. The study substantiates the expediency of integrating Olympic values into the process of physical education under modern socio-cultural conditions. It is established that the synthesis of universal humanistic ideals with national sports traditions contributes to the development of a conscious citizen.
