Екологічна мережа України: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Розглянуто питання формування екомережі України, передумови її формування, нормативно правову базу, міжнародні та національні програми які стосуються формування еклмереж. Висвітлено питання входження національної екомережі в Пан’європейську мережу шляхом створення транснаціональних заповітних територій. Проведено аналіз структурних елементів національної екомережі України та їх поширення в межах України.

Рассмотрено вопросы формирования экосети Украины, предпосылки ёё формирования, нормативно правовую базу, международные и национальные программы касающиеся формирования экосетей. Освещены вопросы вхождения национальной экосети в Пан-Европейскую сеть путем формирования транснациональных заповедных территорий. Проведен анализ структурных элементов национальной экосети Украины и их распространение в границах Украины.

On the basis of the conducted researches, to the analysis of legislative-normative base on creation, saving and use of national ecological network, study of current-statistical data and special literature it is possible to do next conclusions. Creation and functioning of ecological network of Ukraine in our time is the perspective integrated method of saving of natural environment, biological variety, prevention of subsequent degradation of earths, that tested the considerable antropogennogo loading and loss economic valuable properties. The ecological network of Ukraine is the organic constituent of the ЕКОNЕТ, that became logical investigation of geographical location of our country in the center of Europe, introduction in the national ecological legislation of principles of international cooperation in the field of guard of nature and observance by our state of obligations which swim out from intentions to be integrated in worthy international institoutsii (European Union, SOT and others like that). Forests were the most important constituents of national ecological network on the period of creation - a 10380,2 thousand of ga (17,2 % territories of country), pastures - a 5465,6 thousand of ga (9,06 %), objects and territories of the natural-protected fund of Ukraine - a 2399 thousand of ga (4,0 %), haymakings - a 2307,3 thousand of ga (3,82 %), forest bells - a 645,5 thousand of ga (1,07 %)
