| Abstract: | As a result of the carried out researches it was determined, that the ions of manganese, zinc and copper displaced the balance in glutamatdegidrogenase system. In muscles the synthesis of glutamate prevailed and in liver — the destruction of the one. It is rather difficult to explain some changes in the enzyme activity, but the displacement of the balance of glutamatdegidrogenase system is the adaptation of carp to stress, which was caused by the influence of heavy metals ions. |
