Softskills як умова ефективної професіоналізації майбутніх педагогів закладів дошкільної освіти

Abstract

Проблема оптимізації процесу професійного розвитку педагогів закладів дошкільної освіти нині загострюється новими фаховими викликами, суспільними запитами, вимогами конкурентного професійного середовища. Автори статті в цьому зв’язку показують сутність і роль softskills як надпрофесійних навичок педагогів ЗДО, що забезпечують готовність до самореалізації у різних сферах життя, вироблення лідерських якостей, комунікативної ефективності, асертивності особистості. Проаналізований реальний стан сформованості softskills вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти, встановлені проблеми, з якими вони стикаються у професійній діяльності. До того ж автори статті окреслили орієнтовний алгоритм опанування цих навичок на різних етапах професіоналізації фахівця. Назвали фактори і засоби, що активізують оволодіння softskills (система спеціального навчання у вищій школі, рання професіоналізація у процесі педагогічної практики здобувачів, інноваційні освітні технології, позитивна мотивація особистості до професійного самовдосконалення, готовність фахівця до свідомої безперервної самоосвіти тощо).

The world globalization is inseparable from the process of renewal of various spheres of life in any society which leads to significant changes in the national education sector. The point is that the enrichment of the information and semantic field, the emergence of new subjects of knowledge and tools for their study, significant modernization of scientific research and practical implementation of pedagogical innovations. In this perspective, it is worth considering the emergence of modern social challenges, public expectations for the pedagogues’ professional activities. Ukrainian higher education has faced the need to respond quickly and flexibly to integration processes, motivational and value transformations, new demands of society and the needs of pedagogues, the requirements for the specialists’ professional training in general. At present we should talk not only about the formation of the pedagogues’ professional competencies, provided by professional standards, educational programs, etc., but also about developing a conscious, active, open professional position aimed at self-creation, lifelong learning, self-improvement, mastering super-professional skills, striving for maximum personal skills and professional self-realization. Today, a successful childcare teachers of preschool institutions is a specialist who is able to strengthen his/her professionalism with the skills of a leader, an effective communicator, the ability to work in a team and self-presentation, conflict management and creative thinking and etc. This confirms the actuality of the problem of childcare teachers of preschool institutions softskills forming to raise the level of their professionalism, enhance professional formation and development. The aim of the article is to highlight the essence and role of softskills in the professional childcare teachers of preschool institutions formation and development, the process of their professionalization. The content analysis is used to establish the nature, role, register of childcare teachers of preschool institutions softskills, general logical methods for analysis, comparison, argumentation, generalization and formulation of conclusions from theoretical research and empirical research methods used to study pedagogical practice, establishing the level of mastery of childcare teachers of preschool institutions softskills etc.
