Про зміст поняття «фізкультурна освіта» у системи шкільного та позашкільного навчання підлітків

Abstract

Актуальність. Незважаючи на будь-які кризові ситуації, навчання, виховання та розвиток дітей має не тільки не зупинятися, але й адаптуватися до умов, які склались. Фізичне виховання та фізичний розвиток є фундаментом для гармонійного становлення особистості. Для зазначеної гармонізації в сучасній науці «фізичне» представлено з боку культури – фізична культура, з боку виховання – фізичне виховання, відповідно повинно бути розглянуто з погляду освіти – фізкультурна освіта. Мета статті – визначення змісту понять «фізкультурна освіта» та «фізкультурна освіта підлітків» крізь призму базової термінології фізичної культури та спорту. Методи дослідження: пошуково-евристичний і бібліографічний методи, узагальнення фактичного матеріалу. Автором проаналізовані: Державний стандарт базової середньої освіти, Закон України «Про позашкільну освіту», Закон України «Про освіту», Закон України «Про фізичну культуру і спорт», Конституція Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, наукові праці фундаторів української науки з фізичної культури та спорту – Б.М. Шияна, Т.Ю. Круцевич. Висвітлені складники здорового способу життя, фізичної культури та фізичного розвитку, а також представлена вікова періодизація, яка містить такі періоди: новонароджений, немовля, ранній дитячий вік, переддошкільний період, дошкільний період, молодший шкільний вік, підлітковий вік і вік старшокласників. Викладено матеріал, який сприяє розумінню особливостей підліткового періоду та ролі шкільної та позашкільної освіти у процесі розвитку підлітка, фізичного зокрема. Визначенні у статті поняття «фізкультурна освіта» та «фізкультурна освіта підлітків» можуть бути використані в системі шкільного та позашкільного навчання. Робота складається з п’яти рисунків і однієї таблиці. Серед перспективних напрямів подальших досліджень особливу увагу необхідно приділити ретроспективному аналізу фізкультурної освіти на різних етапах становлення, розвитку фізкультурної освіти підлітків в умовах реформування базової освіти, а також аналізу сучасного стану фізкультурної освіти дітей підліткового віку у шкільних і позашкільних навчальних закладах інших країн.

Relevance of the topic. Today, in the conditions of a crisis situation and war, the system of education and upbringing of children requires more attention, because they will face serious tasks related to restoration and revival. A physically and mentally developed, properly tempered personality will be able to cope with this. Taking this into account, the issues of physical development and physical education of children become important. The system of physical education is quite developed, but adapting the system to the realities of the present, making a forecast for the coming years becomes the number one task. Therefore, the physical fitness of children should be considered not only through the prism of physical culture and physical education, but also through the prism of physical education. The purpose of the article is the formation of the content of the concepts of “physical education” and “physical education of adolescents” through the prism of the basic terminology of the physical education and sports industry. The article reveals the concepts of physical culture, physical education, physical development, physical training, on the basis of which the terminology of physical education and physical education of adolescents is formed, which can be used in the system of school and extracurricular education. The work consists of five figures and one table. Research methods: search-heuristic, bibliographic, generalization of factual material. Results. To cover the topic, the author analyzed the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education, the Law of Ukraine "On Extracurricular Education", the Law of Ukraine on Education, the Law of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sports", the Constitution of the World Health Organization; also analyzed the scientific works of the founders of Ukrainian science on physical culture and sports – Bohdan Shiyan, Tatyana Krutsevich. The components of a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and physical development are shown, and age periodization is presented, containing the following periods: newborn, infant, early childhood, two preschool periods, primary school age, adolescence and the age of high school students. The material presented contributes to understanding the characteristics of adolescence and the role of school and extracurricular education in the process of adolescent development, physical in particular. Among the promising areas of further research, special attention should be paid to a retrospective analysis of physical education at different stages of formation, the development of physical education for adolescents in the context of reforming basic education, as well as an analysis of the current state of physical education for children in school and extracurricular educational institutions in other countries.
