Окреслення базових системотвірних та інтегрувальних процесів освіти для сталого розвитку

Abstract

У статті встановлено системотвірну, світоглядну роль екологічного навчання та екологічного виховання як базового елементу стратегії освіти для екологічно збалансованого (сталого) розвитку. У практиці підготовки фахівців різних освітніх галузей аргументовано роль екологічного імперативу та екологічної парадигми, здатних обмежити негативний вплив антропогенної діяльності в навколишньому природному середовищі, забезпечити вирішення екологічних завдань різного масштабу, допомогти усвідомити наявність загрози, знати шляхи її попередження й бути готовими до адекватних дій. Обґрунтовано значення системи екологічного навчання та екологічного виховання для забезпечення формування фундаментальних екологічних знань, умінь і навичок, систематизації поглядів на реальний світ, природне та соціальне оточення людини в ньому, осмислення її життєвої орієнтації та усталення переконань, гарантування розвитку екологічного мислення, свідомості та культури і, як наслідок, – формування екологічного світогляду. Доведено, що система екологічного навчання та екологічного виховання, будучи базовим елементом стратегії освіти для сталого розвитку, виконує інтеграційну роль у цій системі та, спираючись на державне законодавче забезпечення, є основним чинником екологізації державної політики України, спрямованої на лобіювання національного інтересу у сфері екологічної безпеки громадян і раційного природокористування. У той же час, згідно із міжнародними вимогами, екологічна політика збалансованого екологічно безпечного розвитку генерує вихідну ідеєю та методологічну основу розвитку природоохоронного виховання та освіти в Україні.

The article substantiates the system-forming worldview role of environmental education and environmental upbringing as a fundamental element of the education strategy for environmentally balanced (sustainable) development. In the practice of training specialists in various educational fields, it is substantiated that the ecological imperative and the environmental paradigm provide the ability to regulate anthropogenic activities in the environment, ensure the solution of environmental problems of various scales, realize the existence of a threat, know the ways to prevent it, and be ready to take adequate actions. The investigation argues the importance of the system of environmental education and environmental upbringing for ensuring the formation of fundamental environmental knowledge, skills and abilities, systematizing the views on the real world, the natural and social environment of a person in it, comprehending his or her life orientation and establishment of beliefs, guaranteeing the development of environmental thinking, consciousness and culture and, as a result, forming an environmental worldview. It has been proved that the system of environmental education and environmental upbringing, which is a basic element of the strategy of education for sustainable development, plays an integrating role in this system and, based on the state legislative support, is the main factor in the greening of the state policy of Ukraine aimed at lobbying the national interest in the field of environmental safety of citizens and rational environmental management. At the same time, following international requirements, the environmental policy of balanced environmentally safe development generates the initial idea and methodological basis for the development of environmental education and upbringing in Ukraine.
