Фахова компетентність як індикатор професіоналізму майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано фахову компетентність як науковий феномен та зроблено спробу довести, що вона є індикатором професіоналізму майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти. Представлено обґрунтування професіоналізму вихователя, який є гарантом високої якості освітнього процесу у закладі дошкільної освіти. На основі аналізу вітчизняних наукових студій фахову компетентність майбутніх вихователів визначено як сукупність теоретичних знань, практичних умінь і навичок, особистісно-професійних якостей, необхідних для здійснення якісної професійної діяльності в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти. Зазначено, що сформована на високому рівні фахова компетентність є індикатором професіоналізму майбутніх вихователів закладу дошкільної освіти, оскільки полягає у здатності до інновацій, гнучкості, аналізу власної професійної діяльності, командної роботи, творчості у професійній діяльності тощо.

Modern education does not stand aside from the global changes taking place in society. Like any industry, education requires a professional approach to solving its tasks. First of all, this is especially true of preschool education, the first step in the national educational system, which aims to organize the education, upbringing and development of preschool children. That is why modern preschool education requires educators with high-level professional competence, which guarantees that a child receives a quality education. The authors are in solidarity with scientists that national preschool education will be able to reach a qualitatively new level provided that higher educational institutions effectively train professionals with high-level professional competence and emphasize the importance of the problem, seeking to prove that professional competence is an indicator of the professionalism of future educators of preschool educational institutions. The article has presented a justification for the professionalism of the educator, who is the guarantor of the high quality of the educational process in preschool educational institutions. Based on the analysis of national scientific research, the professional competence of future educators has been defined as a set of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, personal and professional qualities necessary for the implementation of high-quality professional activities in the conditions of preschool education. The authors consider the professionalism of future educators to be an indicator of a high level of professional competence, which consists primarily in the ability to innovate; be flexible (adapt to changing conditions of professional activity, find non-standard solutions, etc.); analyze their own professional activity, identify errors and find ways to eliminate them; work in a team, that is, tolerantly interact with all participants in the educational process of the preschool educational institution; and be creative in professional activity.
