Політика Павла Скоропадського в галузі культури і освіти

Abstract

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати політику Павла Скоропадського в освітній та культурній галузях і визначити її вплив на розвиток освіти й культури впродовж періоду геть- манату Павла Скоропадського. Методи дослідження визначалися характером предмета й об’єкта дослідження. Вивчення та висвітлення питань теми здійснене за проблемно-хронологічним принципом. Наукові висновки базуються на аналізі й узагальненні комплексу джерел та літератури; весь дискурс проблеми простежується в тісному зв’язку зі змінами соціально-політичних і економічних умов життя в період 1917–1921 рр. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в концептуальній постановці та комплексному дослідженні політики Павла Скоропадського в освітній та культурній У науковий обіг введено значну історичну інформацію, почерпнуту з опублікованих документів і періодики, архівних матеріалів, а також з наукової літератури, присвяченої питанню дослідження культурної політики Павла Скоропадського. Одержані результати наукового пошуку є важливими для теоретичного узагальнення дослідження Української держави, а саме освітньої і культурної політики в державотворчому процесі. Висновки. Політика Павла Скоропадського була спрямована на розвиток української освіти, а саме: початкової, середньої та вищої, зокрема відкриття університетів, які значно вплинули на розвиток національної культури.

The purpose of the study to analyze the policy of Pavlo Skoropadsky in the educational and cultural spheres, and to determine its impact on the development of education and culture during the period of Pavlo Skoropadsky’s hetmanate. The research methods were determined by the nature of the subject and object of the research. The study and coverage of the issues of the topic was carried out according to the problem-chronological principle. Scientific conclusions are based on the analysis and generalization of a complex of sources and literature; the entire discourse of the problem is traced in close connection with changes in socio-political and economic living conditions in the period 1917–1921. Research methodology were determined by the nature of the subject and object of research. The study and coverage of the issues of the topic was carried out according to the problem-chronological principle. Scientific conclusions are based on the analysis and generalization of a complex of sources and literature; the entire discourse of the problem is traced in close connection with changes in socio-political and economic living conditions in the period 1917–1921. The scientific novelty The research consists in conceptual formulation and comprehensive study of Pavlo Skoropadsky’s policy in the educational and cultural spheres. Considerable historical information has been introduced into scientific circulation, drawn from published documents and periodicals, archival materials, as well as from scientific literature devoted to the issue of studying Pavlo Skoropadsky’s cultural policy. The obtained results of the scientific search are important for the theoretical generalization of the study of the Ukrainian state, namely, educational and cultural policy in the state-building process. Conclusions. Pavlo Skoropadsky’s policy was aimed at the development of Ukrainian education, namely: primary, secondary, and higher, in particular the opening of universities, which in turn had a significant impact on the development of national culture.
